A meeting on the ice sounds original and challenging. It’s also highly effective, and that’s what matters. Together with the ice rink, we create a well-functioning concept. From the welcome with good coffee to the room equipped with flipcharts/projectors and various amenities such as stationery, Wi-Fi, table water, etc.
Surprising Meeting Locations
Be Event Group offers surprising meeting locations with excellent parking/transport connections & perfect food & beverage services. A short break-out/energizer session in between or after the meeting? Or perhaps a fun activity to wrap up the day? There are plenty of options.

Everyone knows that sometimes you need to stretch and relax to maintain focus and ultimately achieve a great result. That’s why we’ve added relaxing team-building activities to each package. We’ll take you onto the ice for traditional Dutch ice games, entertain you with curling on ice, or offer a fun creative ice sculpture workshop.
